3. Service

  • Tikfans is exclusively intended for promotional purposes for your TikTok account and its associated content.
  • Tikfans does not ensure that your new followers will engage with your future uploads. Our guarantee is limited to providing the followers you have paid for and facilitating interaction during the process. Unless you purchase the Automatic Likes service separately or it is included in your purchase, all future uploads will be ignored.
  • You are strictly prohibited from uploading any content, including nudity or material deemed inappropriate or unsuitable for the TikTok community, into Tikfans.

4. Liabilities

  • Tikfans bears no responsibility for any account suspension or content deletion carried out by TikTok.
  • In no event shall Tikfans, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not Tikfans has been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

  • By placing an order or accepting this agreement, you affirm that you are at least 12 years old.

6. Disclaimer

  • Tikfans will not be held responsible for any damages incurred by you or your business. We do not provide any guarantees, expressed or implied, for the services we offer. As Tikfans relies on the internet to deliver services, we cannot ensure the continuous uptime or availability of our website.

7. Refund Policy

We do not approve refund requests for the following reasons:

  • tikfans.co provides non-tangible irrevocable goods; therefore, we do not issue refunds once an order is completed, even if the entered username or account name is incorrect. Unfortunately, Tikfans is unable to revert the services once they have been sent.
  • Drop Policy: In the event of any drop in our services, we will compensate you for drops occurring within one month of the purchase date. However, the customer must provide evidence that the drop was caused by the services provided by Tikfans. If the customer has purchased a service from another service provider and this is detected, this compensation option will not be available.
  • We do not provide refunds once an order has been sent, even if the relevant TikTok account or content has been deleted by TikTok.
  • If a customer makes a purchase from Tikfans and another service provider simultaneously, in the event of any problems, the customer is solely responsible, and Tikfans is not obligated to issue any refunds.
We acknowledge and accept refund requests for the following reasons: We allow 7 Days Refund for the following Conditions only:
  1. Order Marked Completed without done. Partial Refund.
  2. Order Not started within 7 days. Full Refund.

8. Change Of Terms

  • This Terms of Service is subject to alteration at any time. Notices of change will be deemed given and effective on the date posted on our website. The changes will take effect on the date they are posted on our website. No additional notice by Tikfans is necessary upon your continued use of our website or software.
